After 14 years as a married couple, country superstar Shania Twain and husband Robert 'Mutt' Lange are splitting up, PEOPLE reports. "It's just an unfortunate thing that's happened. It's literally just a growing apart, that's all," Lange says. A source close to the singer, however, says Twain is "devastated."

While her Hollywood peers mine the fields of pop and dance music, actress Scarlett Johansson decided to do something a bit different for her first crack at the record industry. The 'Match Point' star is releasing a set comprised almost entirely of Tom Waits covers and for the first time has emerged to perform several of those tracks live.

Much like Avril Lavigne before her, pop teen queen Miley Cyrus is facing yet another (though non-photographic) scandal as a rock band is considering suing her due to some remarkable similarities between their tune and Miley's song 'Rockstar.'

Rob Lowe wants portions of nanny Jessica Gibson's lawsuit against him dismissed, saying that much of it "is completely unfounded," while adding that nine of the claims "are subject to immediate dismissal because she has failed ... to even allege the essential elements of a claim of relief."
